Since the day we launched our Facebook page Facebook.com/teachersearningonline and our blog teacher-earning-online.blogspot.com, we have received numerous queries from interested teachers who are eager to join our site and offer their lesson plans. 

Many of them have inquired about whether there is a need to pay before they can register, how they will be able to sell their lesson plans and up to how many lesson plans they can upload to us. 

Initially, there will be no registration fees because it is for free.  So, teachers are advised to take advantage of the opportunity to register as soon as it is launched.  Once registered, teachers can upload as many lesson plans as they want and for different subjects.

Unfortunately, the site is not yet up since there are bugs that need to be fixed.  

However, recently, we received an email from Aaron Jed Tumbali, a teacher at St. Mary’s College and a Research Assistant who was inspired by the idea that Filipino teachers can now sell lesson plans.

In his email, he said: “This site is very interesting.  The idea of selling lesson plans is new in Philippine education.  This is an innovation that will put our education to a more globalized system.  I believe that this site will open new opportunities for teachers.  It will increase our awareness on the current trends in education. Let’s make this site a virtual place where knowledge and expertise are being shared to one another.  As teachers, we should welcome this kind of innovation to be updated in the digital era.  Effective and efficient teachers are the 21^st Century teachers who have eagerness to learn new and different things.  We should remember that aside from our responsibility to teach students we also have the responsibility to help our colleagues in this profession.  Helping one another will help make a difference in our society.”

TEO is an online community of educators in the Philippines who are seeking to find ways to improve their competency and proficiency in their beloved profession.  We provide a venue where teachers may be able to share their techniques and expertise on classroom management to their fellow teachers. 

How TEO can help teachers
Teachers from all levels, nursery to college, may post and sell their lesson plans and other instructional materials to the website.  They can also have access to hundreds of lesson plans and use them for their class.

Do the teachers need to register and for how much?

For the first 60 days from the time of the launch of our site, we offer free registration to all entrepreneurial-minded teachers so they can sell and/or buy lesson plans. Registration is a prerequisite before the teachers can buy or sell lesson plans.

Is there a limit to the number of lesson plans that teachers can post?
There is no limit.Teachers can sell as many lesson plans as they like

Will the teacher's profile be featured on the website?
Yes. The name, academic background, professional experiences and other relevant details will be shown on the website so that the teachers will be able to get to know each other.


How does the teachers receive payment?
The royalties from the sale of their lesson plans will be deposited to the teachers' bank account every end of the month.

What is the scope of the lesson plans and instructional materials?
Teachers can sell their lesson plans and instructional materials on all subjects and from all grade levels.

Who decides the price of the lesson plans?
The teachers have the discretion to price their products.

How do teachers sell their lesson plans
Interested teachers can upload an image of the lesson plan and post a title and description of the lesson on TEO. We will be posting them on our site so the interested buyers may have an idea of what the lesson plan is about. In case of a completed sale, the seller-teachers will get an automatically generated email from the Administrator.

• Everytime the teacher buys from TEO, he needs to provide feedback to earn 5 points.
• Buy + Feedback (rating) = Points
• The points can be accumulated which the teachers can use to pay for purchases
• The points may not be converted to cash

What is the Affiliate Program 

• We encourage our fellow teachers to invite their co-teachers to join our community
• Every time a teacher refers another teacher the person who referred earns 5% from all the referral’s earnings
• Let’s say, Teacher A refers Teacher B, Teacher A earns 5% from all the income of Teacher B
• If Teacher B refers Teacher C, Teacher B earns from all earnings of Teacher C
• All earnings are automatically credited to the account of the teacher
